Take it from someone who knows…
I’m relatively new to the profession of executive coaching — but I am not new to the world that creates the need for it.
For nearly three decades, I lived inside high‑pressure environments where performance wasn’t just expected, it was demanded. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of a team, a family, a title, and an identity that says, “You don’t get to break.” I know what it feels like to push past the warning signs because slowing down feels more dangerous than burning out.
And I know what it feels like when the bill finally comes due.
My expertise doesn’t come from textbooks or certifications alone. It comes from real‑world, real‑life experience — the kind you don’t forget because it leaves a mark. I’ve been the executive who looked strong on the outside while falling apart internally. I’ve been the high performer who ignored the signs until my body forced a conversation I didn’t want to have. I’ve been the person who thought burnout was a badge of honor… until it nearly cost me everything.
That lived experience is why I coach the way I do.
It’s why I can see the patterns others miss. It’s why I can hear the truth behind the polished answers. It’s why leaders trust me with the parts of their story they’ve never said out loud.
I’m not here to impress anyone with theory. I’m here to help people avoid the mistakes I made — or recover from them if they’re already in the thick of it. I’m here because I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the pursuit of success, and I know what it takes to rebuild an identity that can actually sustain the life you want.
Executive burnout isn’t a productivity problem. It’s an identity problem. And I’ve lived both sides of that truth.
So when I say I’m passionate about this work, it’s not marketing language. It’s personal. It’s mission‑level. It’s the reason I get up in the morning.
If you’re a leader who feels the pressure mounting, or you’re quietly wondering how much longer you can keep going like this, take it from someone who knows: you don’t have to wait for the collapse to start reclaiming your life.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
